Holy Crap? Am I Over-Extended?
It seems lately that I can’t get all of my obligations accomplished. I had to leave work today because the bookshelves my wonderful husband and Mr. R. built are up at the shop waiting to be primed and painted so they can be out of the way. By doing that, I not failed to help AJ with the Clover College kids (I was there for a short time) but I also didn’t even think about Vanya and our 2pm tutoring session… until 4pm.
ON TOP OF THAT, I’ve got a couple of assignments for U of P I need to get done, house-work, dinner, dogs to walk, cat litter to clean, pet meds to order and distribute, a snowball machine and syrup to hunt down for the reunion, and my faith-based interview at PVBMS to prepare for. Then there are the things I want to do for me: exercise, draw, write, blog, check my emails… and the things my family and friends in Shreveport want me to do for them… mainly spend all my “free” time with them.
I mean, I don’t think I’ve got any less time than anyone else, and I’m sure that other people have just as much, if not more obligations… but something’s got to give somewhere, and I don’t want it to.
I could really use some advice.
